The Policy Council oversees the agency’s Head Start and Early Head Start programs and is composed of parent representatives elected by Denise Louie families. 27 parents and guardians meet monthly to approve budgets, policies, and hiring decisions for the organization. The Policy Council has legal and fiscal responsibility and works in partnership with the Board.
